Group,
Here are two pictures showing the recent progress on Adam Wankowski's Flitzer in Suffolk.
One day, in the not too far distant future, these things will be popping out of their chrysalises all over the globe!
Lynn
Group,
Here are pictures of Adam's tailbay clearly showing the skeg internal constructon. This should be helpful to builders.
Lynn

Beautiful scarfs and a very neat curve to the ply overlap shadow-line on the rear decking. |
Group,
Here's a series of recent pictures of Adam Wankowski's Flitzer Z-21. A fine piece of workmanship from a first time builder.
Cheers,

Jabiru engine |
At last some more photos for the website. They show the fuselage back from spraying to silver stage, the covering of the tail surfaces and the beginning of their journey to my friend’s barn for spraying. Lastly stages in building the fuel tank.
Now for the wings!
Adam
A couple of new photos of my project- fairing panels which I have just completed. Next job is to attach my engine so I can get on with the cowling.
Regards,
Adam
Group,
Herewith two pictures of Adam Wankoswski's Z-21 instrument panel. The lovely period clock is from a Bf 109. Yet to be fitted are the radio and magneto switches.
Great work, Adam!Lynn
Group,
Here are two current pictures of Adam Wankowski's Z-21A progress. This aeroplane is fitted with a Jabiru motor, like the the ex-Trevor Crossman Z-21, now being continued by William Holden in the recently posted pictures. Adam says he's working on the cowls, which is a psychological milestone on this type of aeroplane, as the true character of the design is founded on the nose entry and the bullet cowl, which is also the source of its enhanced performance through propeller efficiency, however slight. Some four Flitzers are currently either equipped, or the builder is contemplating a Jabiru installation. In terms of its lightweight and greater power than a typcial VW, this is a good move and hopefully the problems experienced by Jabiru a few years ago will not reappear.
